  6. It's a Fall sunset on the North Shore, Ke Iki beach to be exact.

Braja - thank-you. I'm not sure what I will be doing tonight, but I keep New Year;s Eve simple. Lots of rituals to set the tone for the following year. Happy New Year right back at you!

  11. That is the perfect year-ending shot. Perhaps to be followed by a sunrise pic tomorrow? Maybe i'll try that...if we are getting any sun tomorrow :(

    word veri = ansolyco
    hmm...that's a challenging year-ender

"Ah sun!..ansolyco my name...perhaps i SHOULD come to Honolulu next December?"

heehee...if you say it fast it makes sense... :)

  12. Yes. I did kind of have the whole the sun is setting on 2008 in mind with this shot. And I actually DID go and take pics this morning, but I was a little late for sunrise and so they are an-hour-after-sunrise-morning-glare shots.

thistle- yes. if the word veri says come to Honolulu in December, I'm all for it. mine is shipperro, which means I should look into a cruise me thinks.
