Traveling Memory Lane

Partly because I don't have a camera...

Mostly because I have been busy working...

and taking the bus to work because I sold my car this summer....

I thought I'd post a Random Tuesday on Wednesday, but hell, might as well get Thursday up.

It might seem like this blogger is asleep at the wheel...

But the truth is she's trying to hang in there.

Hope to travel with you all though. Any Blogher travels? Summer vacations or staycations?

Link on up...

  11. Love the shot of your sleeping kiddos. Yes, went to BlogHer, enjoyed meeting my peeps. Headed to the beach for a weekend with the kids next Wed-Sat. Taking two carloads of shit to accommodate for gluten/dairy free traveling with toddlers. For 3 effing days. Woot!

  17. Oh, what cute photos! I've been trying to enjoy the end of summer here in my island paradise; you know how THAT goes. Kids go back to college next w/e and soon the tourist wave will slow down. I'm not so good with transitions, so we'll see how it goes...

  21. Great photos!!! hang in there!!

I'll be heading to Ocean City, MD for a week with John in September. We'll be there for my birthday (55! YIKES!!)

We generally go to the beach on Assateague island and enjoy the wild ponies that roam freely.

Weather permitting, we plan to take the ferry over to Cape May, NJ from Lewes, DE for the my birthday and have lunch.

Another day will be spent in Chincoteague, VA. There's a NASA museum, a lighthouse, an evening cruise tour.
