Beautiful and mesmerizing! Wonder if this is what Moses used when crossing the Red Sea?

Picturesque. And your son looks good, too.

Gorgeous. I love the solar flare. I feel like this is one of your best pics, so rich with mood and possible emotions.

Seeing this picture makes me even more resentful that I'm stuck in an office all day. Beautiful!

This is so beautiful but scares the bejesus out of me at the same time - I think of riptides and undertows and want to call out "be careful...."

Pseudo, thatis the most beautiful photo I think I've ever seen! Awesome, truly! Is the subject your son?

Great pic - however, I think Jane is in big trouble - b/c that just might be blasphemy!

I'll tell God you had nothing to do with it!

Wow. I am SO glad you said to enlarge the photo. It's amazing, an incredibly beautiful photo!

Thanks for the welcome! :)

That is my son at the end of the sea wall. A sunset picnic in Waikiki, Kapiolani Park. I shot straight into the sunset, the photos going the other way are quite different.

No worries. Biggest danger is slipping on the wet wall and falling on one's arse. No rip tide or under tow in Waikiki.

That's exactly where I feel I am. Not the luscious sun, but on a small space amidst the vastness.

Why can't live some place so lovely? Instead I am baking in the central Texas heat where it hit a 100 today. It's only June. This summer is going to be miserable. Why do I live here again?

That picture could be on the cover of a surfing movie DVD... maybe Point Break 2!

Wow! You have such an awesome eye. It looks like the water parted...

What kind of camera do you use?

Thx for popping by my blog and commenting re: the whole comment thingie. LOL I gotta agree with you, it IS tough sometimes. We all have busy lives, families, jobs, and we need to squeeze in some recreation that isn't always related to blogging, haha.

Hope you guys have a fun weekend planned... but every day is a weekend day for you right now, isn't it? :-)
