Almost Blogging

I was thinking I might be catching up on things after a rather intense month.

Therefore, I might have a moment to blog today.

However, while slicing some fresh kale I bought from the farmer's market this morning, I completely forgot my hub's warning that yesterday he had all my knives sharpened.

It's not easy to type while extending one's left index finger (wrapped in three layers of band aids) poised towards the heavens.

I feel your pain. No, I do - literally. I've had to go to the emergency room for stitches after damn near slicing the end of my pinkie finger off while cutting an onion not too long ago.

Hope it's not too bad!

Remember the saying at the top of my blog! LOL! Just kidding. Hope you didn't hurt it too bad.

Yikes! I had a similar slice due to unfortunate collision with a coffee grinder a few years ago. I guess the universe did not want you to write this time...

Hope the rest of your weekend is lovely. xo

Hopefully it was a clean cut.

I love kale and we seldom have it in our local grocery... but I don't love blood kale! I hope you heal quickly.

hi there!

fresh kale, is there anything better than good greens and a good fish? I think not. Nice to meet you.

Oh man, that's a drag. How's the kale?

Ugh. That seems like a legitimate excuse to stay off the keyboard.

I once sliced my index finger open cutting a frozen bagel. I couldn't even blame the knife, just a series of bad choices on my part.

Hope you heal up soon.
