Friday Foto: Slice of Morning

Click on the sunset in the sidebar and travel to an amazing post...

During my summer break, I would sip coffee and blog until 7 or 8 o'clock in the morning. Then I'd take BC to the park for a run. By 8 it was already sunny and warming up.

Since I have gone back to work, I take him at 5:45. Yesterday we had a treat. On one side of the field was the moon setting.
On the other side of the field the sunrise was coming up.
Not a bad start to the day. As always, you can click on the pictures for a larger (better) view.

If you listen carefully, you can hear the early morning song of the birds.

For more Friday Fotos, head on over to Candid Carrie's.

Hi Pseudo. Love the glimpse into your world. I sent you an email yesterday from myfavoriteplace@thelocalsloveit. I thought about it later. You might have thought it was spam. It's not. :)

Gorgeous. And good for you for running so darn early. Early running is sooo hard for me. I skipped it this morning, but am going later.

Once I got over the awe that stemmed from you being up and functional at 5:45am, I was able to appreciate the photos.

I drive a couple co workers a little bonkers with my cheerfulness in the morning but..

I am totally impressed you can hop out of beg for a walk or jog in the morning!! Excellent.

And, I need a good cup of coffee to be cheerful :-)

Beautiful! But, I'm willing to bet that these pictures don't do it's justice in capturing it's beauty. I have missed visiting here. I am hoping that now that it's starting to settle down that I will be back frequently as always and just maybe I will have the peace and time to write something myself. Hugs and love to you my dear friend, Lori

PS I really really hope that you have a great school year. Thank you for all that you do in touching the lives of young people.

What an absolutely gorgeous way to start your day! I can imagine the quiet and the birdsong as you walked BC.

Back to work already, huh? Wishing a great school year, and one that goes relatively fast so you have your holiday vacation in no time!
