Indoor and outdoor seating. Inside, the panels of the ceiling are each painted by a different local North Shore artist. Once, at the tables outside, a little old lady was doing palm readings.
What a coffee house is meant to be. Before the Mickey D's of coffee (yes - I mean Starfucks) took over the world.

Mmmmm...coffee. I hope it's better than that motor oil Starbucks serves, too.
Definitely a coffee house I'd love to visit! The artwork sounds so neat!
I love a good ole coffee house. I'd love to visit that one.

If I was coming your way I would definitely tote my laptop and drink that coffee on your recommendation.
what a fun place to hang out..
I get SO jealous every time I read one of your travel tips. I need a vacation to Hawaii so much! This coffee house looks WONDERFUL!
It looks really nice! I'm with Gretchen; an Hawaiian vacation would be the bomb.
It's called fourbucks silly!
Starfucks!!! I love you!!!
Oh, I'm back at the beach - alleluia!
Sea salt air mixed with coffee brewing. Does not get any better.
We got turned on to Kona when we were in Kauai (2001), and have never gone back. Would love to buy you a cup at the Coffee Gallery - one day.

I love coffee.
Looks lovely...! xo
Hope you are well.
Hehe, my friend calls it Starsucks.
Hahaha! I have a new name for that coffee place that wants to rule the world.
Sounds like just the kind of place we should meet for coffee.....someday. :-)
A musician now and then...some atmosphere....my kind of place!
Starfucks - MWAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I am so ten years old, it's not funny!
I'm right there with you with my large Decaf! And getting a caffeine buzz nonetheless!
Yes, I enjoy finding the old fashioned coffee houses. Although, all the interesting people there keep me from concentrating on my lap top. Hope all is well.
Funny how you don't think of Hawaii when you think of a nice hot cup of coffee. haha
I would think it too hot in Hawaii to drink hot coffee but merely saying that proves I dont drink coffee at all. My mom and brother and Husband would drink coffee sitting on the sun.
wow a good number starbucks haters visit your blog. I just went to one today. I like starbucks.
OK full disclosure my daughter works at one and she gets health insurance. Other big companies should follow their lead.
But OK they are a big company and a small independent coffee shop has a special appeal (if they have good coffee).
I'm not a coffee drinker but this sounds terrific.
Happy weekend,
jj
sounds nice!! Thanks for sharing :)
It looks quite charming on first glance!
It looks fabulous! I love local coffee shops...so much more personality and pizazz! This one looks particularly wonderful...Hugs, Janine
I hate Starbucks. This looks wonderful.
